Shipping Policy

Orders typically arrive within 5–10 business days, depending on your country and local carrier conditions. Processing time is usually 1–3 business days before shipment.

Because some orders ship internationally, delays may occasionally occur due to tariffs, customs clearance, holidays, or overseas logistics. These delays are outside our control, but we always work to ship orders as quickly as possible.

Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number by email. You can use it to monitor your delivery in real time through the carrier’s website.

Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. Chroma is not responsible for delays or lost packages caused by incorrect address information.
